What is a Vacuum Thermoforming Packaging Machine?: The film sheet is formed using a specifically designed mold that matches the size of the product intended for packaging. Once the product is positioned, it is the covered by the top film sheet. The vacuum thermo-forming packaging process is accomplished by creating a vacuum inside the chamber and sealing the sheet through heat treatment.

Mechanism of Vacuum Thermoforming packaging machine

Bottom film and bottom film transporting system
The film supplied from the bottom repeat system is fed into the gripper chain.
Forming
The film is heated at the forming station and formed into the samples below using compressed air.
Filling Area
In this area, products are filled manually or automatically into the molded trays.
Top film
The top film is fed into the vacuum box together with the bottom film.
Vacuum sealing
It is vacuumed inside the BOX and then the lower and the upper films are sealed. Gas filling is available as an option.
Cutting
Cutting of packages is performed with horizontal and vertical cutting equipment. Various shapes of cutting equipment are available depending on the products.
